Blocked account (Moratorium)

Click Support ( Top right)
create support ticket and explain how you got blocked.
- Upload supportting documents
Take a picture of your Country Identification Book / Passport / Drivers License
- Upload both pictures into a ticket
- If you have a GH, cancel your GH
Create a new GH for 1000 NGN only. When your account is out of moratorium your 1000 NGN GH will get allocated. This is how you will know that you are out of moratorium.
(The reason you cancel your GH is because your Mavro do not grow during a GH. So if you had FOR EXAMPLE a GH of 10,000 NGN and you are in moratorium, your 10,000 NGN does not grow. So you cancel your 10,000 NGN, and create a GH for 1000 NGN, leaving 9.000 Mavro to carry on growing at the normal rate.)
- Create support ticket. In the ticket write.

I tried to GH but no one was allocated to pay me, so it appears that my account is in moratorium. Please could you unblock my account.
